After many years of DIY home projects, we decided to hire All About Kitchens and Baths to do a complete remodel of our master bath. Hiring All About Kitchens and Baths was a great decision. We were impressed from day one with the expert craftsmanship of the project manager and all of the sub-contractors who contributed to the success of the remodel. When challenges arose, the company owner and project manager worked together to resolve them is short order. Jim and All about Kitchens & Baths completed a Primary Bath remodel for us in Highlands Ranch 7 years ago. We had a small leak this past week that happened to occur and unlike many nightmare general contractor stories we have all heard, Jim and AAK&B were amazing to work with. Even after so many years between calls, Jim immediately came over personally to access the problem and quickly rectified the small issue. As a homeowner there is no greater sense of relief then a trustworthy contractor. Jim stands by his company's work and didn't "disappear" as so many contractors typically do once the check clears. Very glad we found Jim and his company as our go to remodel experts. Jim also never billed us for the related service required! I'd recommend all of our Highlands Ranch neighbors updating their homes to utilize this A+ company!
We hired All About Kitchens and Baths to totally remodel our Primary Bathroom. Jim was wonderful, he listened to our ideas and had some even better ones that we hadn’t considered. His crew was very nice and very neat. They did an amazing job. We had no idea our Primary Bath could be so beautiful. Jim is very concerned about customer satisfaction and it certainly shows in the final result.

I first met Jim Ince at a previous home we lived in. At the time, I contacted him in the capacity of “handy man”, for an issue outside our house but I was so impressed with his knowledge, I asked him what else he did. His response…”I do it all.” I asked if he would mind stepping inside, to check out a problem we were having with the smell of sewer gas, in the primary bathroom, that had been completely renovated two years earlier. Over a two year period and with our previous contractor nowhere to be found, I had brought in 5 plumbers who poked holes in our basement walls, shrugged their shoulders and said, “I don’t know, smells are hard.” In 5 minutes of investigation, Jim ascertained the problem was actually related to the plumbing that had been done for the vanity. A week later, his plumber came in and fixed the problem. We were stunned and so appreciative to Jim, as the smell when the water was turned on and running, had been unbearable. My confidence in his abilities, led to hiring Jim to do our basement renovation. Now in a different home, we hired Jim as our contractor, to renovate several areas of our main floor. As this was a more complex renovation, I felt a designer needed to be part of the plan. Jim put me in touch with a designer he met on a different job, whom he felt I would connect well with, Bonnie Bagely Catlin, of Signature Designs Kitchen and Baths”. He was right! I have NEVER met anyone as knowledgeable as Jim, about so many different aspects of home renovations. His breadth of knowledge and attention to detail is astounding and I have learned so much from him, in the process. Then there are his employees and sub trades. EXCEPTIONAL! Jim’s right hand man, Jake has spent considerable time working in our home and I have been blown away by the work ethic and politeness of that young man. Jake would also notice little things like our garbage bins had been emptied and would thoughtfully return them to our garage, or bring packages inside and tuck them safely away and remember to tell me where they were or remind some of the other workers to put shoe protectors on, if they needed to go to our basement, for any reason. Renovations are always challenging to live through and we opted to leave several times, to visit our kids in Canada. I had no qualms about leaving my home in Jim and Jake’s care and Jim was constantly in touch to keep me updated on progress. I would never, NEVER hire anyone but Jim, for any future work we may consider. We are so thrilled with the outcome that I have joked with him, that when we finally return to Canada, I need Jim and Bonnie to fly up and run the show. In an industry that is fraught with challenges in finding trustworthy, knowledgeable individuals, you can trust that in “All About Kitchens and Baths”, you are getting an absolute expert, with a trusted team, for all aspects of renovating your home. Run…don’t walk to that phone and make the call!
