Jim and All about Kitchens & Baths completed a Primary Bath remodel for us in Highlands Ranch 7 years ago. We had a small leak this past week that happened to occur and unlike many nightmare general contractor stories we have all heard, Jim and AAK&B were amazing to work with. Even after so many years between calls, Jim immediately came over personally to access the problem and quickly rectified the small issue. As a homeowner there is no greater sense of relief then a trustworthy contractor. Jim stands by his company's work and didn't "disappear" as so many contractors typically do once the check clears. Very glad we found Jim and his company as our go to remodel experts. Jim also never billed us for the related service required! I'd recommend all of our Highlands Ranch neighbors updating their homes to utilize this A+ company!
We hired All About Kitchens and Baths to totally remodel our Primary Bathroom. Jim was wonderful, he listened to our ideas and had some even better ones that we hadn’t considered. His crew was very nice and very neat. They did an amazing job. We had no idea our Primary Bath could be so beautiful. Jim is very concerned about customer satisfaction and it certainly shows in the final result.

We have worked with Jim on three different occasions dating back to 2018. He’s come through and delighted us with each job, from weather damage repairs, to fabulous renovations of primary living spaces, to upgrading a garage into an inviting space. I first met Jim Ince at a previous home we lived in. At the time, I contacted him in the capacity of “handy man”, for an issue outside our house but I was so impressed with his knowledge, I asked him what else he did. His response…”I do it all.” I asked if he would mind stepping inside, to check out a problem we were having with the smell of sewer gas, in the primary bathroom, that had been completely renovated two years earlier. Over a two year period and with our previous contractor nowhere to be found, I had brought in 5 plumbers who poked holes in our basement walls, shrugged their shoulders and said, “I don’t know, smells are hard.” In 5 minutes of investigation, Jim ascertained the problem was actually related to the plumbing that had been done for the vanity. A week later, his plumber came in and fixed the problem. We were stunned and so appreciative to Jim, as the smell when the water was turned on and running, had been unbearable. My confidence in his abilities, led to hiring Jim to do our basement renovation. Now in a different home, we hired Jim as our contractor, to renovate several areas of our main floor. As this was a more complex renovation, I felt a designer needed to be part of the plan. Jim put me in touch with a designer he met on a different job, whom he felt I would connect well with, Bonnie Bagely Catlin, of Signature Designs Kitchen and Baths”. He was right! I have NEVER met anyone as knowledgeable as Jim, about so many different aspects of home renovations. His breadth of knowledge and attention to detail is astounding and I have learned so much from him, in the process. Then there are his employees and sub trades. EXCEPTIONAL! Jim’s right hand man, Jake has spent considerable time working in our home and I have been blown away by the work ethic and politeness of that young man. Jake would also notice little things like our garbage bins had been emptied and would thoughtfully return them to our garage, or bring packages inside and tuck them safely away and remember to tell me where they were or remind some of the other workers to put shoe protectors on, if they needed to go to our basement, for any reason. Renovations are always challenging to live through and we opted to leave several times, to visit our kids in Canada. I had no qualms about leaving my home in Jim and Jake’s care and Jim was constantly in touch to keep me updated on progress. I would never, NEVER hire anyone but Jim, for any future work we may consider. We are so thrilled with the outcome that I have joked with him, that when we finally return to Canada, I need Jim and Bonnie to fly up and run the show. In an industry that is fraught with challenges in finding trustworthy, knowledgeable individuals, you can trust that in “All About Kitchens and Baths”, you are getting an absolute expert, with a trusted team, for all aspects of renovating your home. Many thanks to Jim, Cheryl, Roman and Jake at All About Kitchens and Baths (and more) for making our basement design a reality. Jim was great at collaborating with us and our designer (Bonnie, Signature Designs) to incorporate what we needed in creating a new basement TV area with wet bar and exercise room. We appreciated his ability to work within our budget, suggest ways to save money and mitigate some unforeseen issues typical of any reno. Jim’s staff, Jake and Roman, (along with subs) are professional craftsmen. We appreciated their efforts to clarify needs before commencing work, providing status reports each day, keeping a tidy work area and doing quality work. We love our new space and highly recommend All About Kitchens and Baths.
Our small, back-to-back, guest and primary bathrooms (house is from the mid-1960s) needed a partial rebuild and full remodel. We ended up going with All About Kitchens and Baths after spending significant time searching for a trustworthy, quality contractor. Jim is direct and transparent and so we knew we could trust him to see our job through.
From the beginning Jim and Cheryl were communicative and responsive. Once we had our bathrooms demolished by an abatement company due to asbestos, Jake and Roman got started building our new subfloor and then methodically rebuilding our bathrooms. Jim had recommended that we slightly enlarge our primary bathroom, which was only around 32 square feet. This took a little space away from our 40 square foot guest bathroom. However, since we had changed the layout of the guest bathroom, swapped out a 48 inch vanity for a 24 inch one, and installed pocket doors, our guest bathroom now has more room than it did before. At the same time, the new primary bathroom, although still small, feels much bigger than before as well.
Throughout the process, Jake and Roman were communicative, polite, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They consistently showed up on time and worked all day. Jim was always a phone call away when minor issues popped up and helped us when we needed to make a change to our bathtub order.
We now have two gorgeous bathrooms and highly recommend Jim and All About Kitchens and Baths We will definitely hire them again when we remodel our kitchen and basement in the future. This was not a cheap project, but we definitely received value for our money and we never had to worry about Jim or Cheryl not communicating with us. We also fully trusted Jake and Roman to do a great job and to treat our house as they would their own. Again, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

As you know, the previous bathroom was cramped and unsatisfactory for long-term comfort. Now, I have a larger, more attractive, and usable space. My gorgeous new shower is the center-piece: The tilers did a super job.
It was a great working with you, whole crew and the various Trades. Everyone was professional, courteous and skilled. If I had any questions or concerns, they were thoughtfully considered and immediately addressed. I particularly appreciated how you worked with me on scheduling and logistical issues during the busy summer months.
